This webinar is about how to create a ventilation concept optimally tailored to your requirements.

Mr. Merscher, our Technical Manager, will go through the following topics with you:

  • Creation of ventilation concept according to standard (e.g. DIN 1946-6, DIN 18017-3, ...) or according to other specifications
  • Planning of individual volume flows and device control
  • Placement of the device components depending on individual (structural) conditions
  • Description of the planned ventilation system and correct transfer of all information in terms of liability law

We design a ventilation system together and create a ventilation concept in accordance with the standard or individual requirements. We use freely available support software for planning support and calculate the necessary volume flows, place the planned systems in the room and take into account all necessary parameters such as noise, draughts and ventilation efficiency.

This seminar is accredited by the Engineering Chamber of Niedersachsen with 2 continuing education points and by the Architects Chamber of Brandenburg with 2 teaching units as an external training event. We would be happy to provide you with a certificate of participation afterwards.

The aim of the seminar is the proper and professional creation of a ventilation concept with all the necessary contents up to the handover to the customer.

In this webinar you will learn more about what you need to consider in summer and how to ventilate optimally.

Summer is here - and with it warm temperatures that can quickly heat up living spaces. But did you know that incorrect ventilation in summer not only increases the heat, but can also increase the humidity in the room? In our webinar, you will learn how to ventilate your rooms optimally, create a pleasant indoor climate, save energy and prevent mold growth. Michael Merscher, our Technical Manager at LUNOS, will share practical tips and simple strategies with you that you can implement straight away.

This webinar only lasts 45 minutes and offers you compact, immediately applicable tips for the upcoming summer. This seminar is accredited by the Engineering Chamber of Niedersachsen with one continuing education point and by the Architects Chamber of Brandenburg with one teaching unit as an external training event. This webinar is about how to prevent mold in the home and how to achieve optimum sound insulation with your devices.

Find out in this webinar how you can effectively prevent mold growth with modern ventilation systems and at the same time ensure optimum sound insulation in your living spaces. Michael Merscher, Technical Director, and Michael Steckenborn, Head of Research and Development at LUNOS, will show you the most common ventilation mistakes and give you practical tips on how to make your home healthy and quiet.

Mold prevention and hygiene

  • How and why does mold grow? What does it feed on and what is behind the term “mold criterion”?
  • Relationships between mold growth and humidity using an hx diagram.
  • Tips on optimal ventilation for the best possible mold prevention.
  • Care, cleaning and maintenance of ventilation units: What is particularly important.
  • User obligations with regard to appliance hygiene and typical errors that can lead to consequential damage.

Sound and sound insulation

  • Basics for avoiding sound problems, including device sound insulation and sound-optimized device placement.
  • Significance of acoustic device specifications and normative requirements.
  • Calculation of sound values depending on selected devices, accessories and structural conditions.

Target group:

This training course is aimed at planners, architects and contractors who are planning and/or installing ventilation systems and would like to take a closer look at the topics of mold prevention, appliance hygiene, sound and sound insulation.

This seminar is accredited by the Engineering Chamber of Niedersachsen with 2 continuing education points and by the Architects Chamber of Brandenburg with 2 teaching units as an external training event. We would be happy to provide you with a certificate of participation afterwards.
