LUNOS is green all around

As green as our ventilation units - LUNOS puts itself to the test

We at LUNOS take our social responsibility as a medium-sized company seriously and have once again intensified our efforts in the area of climate protection. In recent years, our products have always been far ahead of the market average in terms of energy efficiency.

In 2021, however, we have taken another two major and important steps forward: We generate our own green electricity for in-house production and the vehicle fleet for LUNOS via a photovoltaic system. This allows us to sustainably reduce our ecological footprint. In addition, we have also subjected our packaging to a critical review and made the appropriate adjustments. Our packaging boxes are now made of FSC-certified cardboard and thus come from verified and sustainable forestry. Our green packaging materials are made of corn starch. And everything that was previously made of plastic is now made of organic films. These films can be composted not only in the laboratory under perfect conditions, but also quite normally at home. So that nothing more stands in the way of climate protection for you and us.
