Award for LUNOS

On Thursday, March 14, 2024, the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and the news channel ntv presented Germany's most popular providers with the Live & Living Awards 2024 at the Bertelsmann Representative Office in Berlin. We are delighted to have received an award in the "Ventilation (specialists)" category. Michael Merscher - Member of the Management Board and Technical Director - was delighted to accept the award on our behalf. We would like to thank the consumers of our products and services for their vote.

The award for Germany's most popular providers with a focus on products and services in the home environment is presented every year. The Life & Living Award 2024 is the result of a large survey in which over 56,000 votes were received from consumers. Customers currently rated a total of 693 companies and brands. A total of 56,092 customer votes were received as part of the population-representative consumer survey via an online panel. The focus was on overall satisfaction with the brand/company, which is made up of aspects such as trust, value for money, range of products and services, customer service, image and quality of the product or service. A total of 693 companies and brands were evaluated. Those 598 that achieved at least 80 customer votes were included in the final evaluation.
